About Becca Norton
As Marketing Manager at PJC, Becca is responsible for building the firm’s brand and ecosystem through events, media relations and other unique opportunities. She also supports PJC’s management team. Before joining PJC, Becca was most recently at Talla (a PJC portfolio company) where, along with supporting the Co-Founder and CEO, she worked cross functionally with the Product and Marketing teams.
Prior to Talla, she worked at Backupify (acquired by Datto) as a Customer Success Manager where she managed a book of business for enterprise level accounts to ensure they were met with success at every point of their customer journey. These touch points included; guiding the customer through implementation, setup and training as well as support for renewals.
She started her career working at General Catalyst, and as Communications Coordinator, directly reported and supported the VP, Communications with tasks such as marketing material for annual and offsite events, the upkeep of the company website, as well as organized the first Founders Series dinner and speaking series with approximately 30 of the top tech executives in the Boston ecosystem.
Becca grew up on Cape Cod and is an avid runner, marathoner and cyclist. Since her first marathon (Boston, 2014) Becca has run 4 more with hopes to complete the Six Majors. Beyond Boston, Becca has raced across the US in places like Colorado, NYC, Chicago and internationally in Bhutan. She is also a seven-time Pan Mass Challenge rider. Throughout her racing and riding career, she’s raised more than 45K for various charitable organizations.
